How NOA Connect works
NOA Connect is built around four integrated components:
- NOA Connect Client on the service laptop
- NOA Portal for central connection management and coordination
- NOA Connect App on the edge device
- KEB Edge Device in the machine or system
The NOA Portal initiates and manages the connection process.
Data is then exchanged directly between the service technician and the edge device via an encrypted VPN tunnel, helping ensure secure and efficient remote service.
