Time for optimism
Christmas greeting from Gerald Müller, Chief Operating Officer

Dear customers and partners,
Dear colleagues,
The end of the year is approaching fast, and I would like to take this opportunity to look ahead to 2026. First of all, I would like to thank you all for your trust and cooperation this year. Together, we have realised numerous exciting projects around the world and implemented system solutions ‘Made in Barntrup’ during what has been a challenging time. I greatly appreciate the fact that we have been able to rely on reliable partnerships, exchanges on eye level and the commitment of a well-coordinated team.
The Christmas season invites us to take a moment to relax and look ahead to the coming year with optimism. And there are good reasons for this. In the year ahead, we will continue to follow our system concept with the aim of offering plant and machine manufacturers drive solutions from a single source – from IIoT to controllers, drives and motors to brakes.
And we are on the right track. In intralogistics, the construction industry, plastics technology, woodworking, recycling and renewable energies, in the food and medical sectors, compressors and turbo blowers... our automation solutions are at home everywhere. We can often look back on decades of ongoing cooperation, but we have also been able to win new customers and applications. This is anything but a matter of course, and I look forward to continuing on this path with you, our customers, partners and colleagues, in 2026.
Let us approach the upcoming year with enthusiasm and drive. I wish you and your families a peaceful holiday season, a Merry Christmas, good health and all the best for the New Year.
Yours,
Gerald Müller
Chief Operating Officer
