GET YOUR FUTURE MOVING

KEB’s team includes over seventy apprentices and students from very different areas. KEB has over 1,550 employees around the world, and roughly 1,000 of us work at the Barntrup headquarters alone. Lots of them did an apprenticeship or a work/study programme, or both, with us.

Ever since the company was founded in 1972, everything has revolved around starting, stopping, positioning, controlling and regulating complex machines and systems. What does that mean in practice? Well, for example, our products ensure that you can ride smoothly in a lift, and get in and out of it safely. We also manufacture products for sectors such as the wood processing industry, textiles, plasticse-mobility and wind energy.

WORK/STUDY PROGRAMS

Would you find a purely academic course too dull, but at the same time would you miss pouring over books if you did a traditional apprenticeship? A work/study programme could be the right solution for you. Our work/study programme offers the possibility to combine theory and practice. You can apply the knowledge acquired from your studies directly at the company. You will also be given the opportunity to take part in practical projects at the university. The work/study programme opens up a broad range of development opportunities at KEB, both during and after your studies. We think it is very important to support our individual students and offer a fine balance of theory and practice.
