COMBIVERT F6 High-Speed / COMBIVERT S6

The COMBIVERT F6 High-Speed and COMBIVERT S6 servo drives are specifically designed for applications involving very high speeds and output frequencies. They provide precise, energy-efficient drive solutions for spindles, turbo blowers, compressors, vacuum pumps and other high-speed applications with output frequencies of up to 2,000 Hz.

Thanks to powerful control algorithms, high switching frequencies and the use of matched sine wave filters, the drive controllers ensure optimum motor protection, minimal losses and a long service life for both the motor and the system. Flexible safety features, versatile motor technologies and scalable power ranges enable a perfect fit for a wide range of machine and plant concepts.

Functional Safety

Encoderless safety functions

KEB drives offer scalable safety functions directly within the drive controller. In the PRO variant, the COMBIVERT F6 and S6 enable encoderless safety. Here, safety functions and limit values can be flexibly configured via digital I/Os and/or Safety over EtherCAT (FSoE). Furthermore, safe encoderless speed monitoring can be used regardless of the motor employed, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. This ensures that the drive does not exceed a set speed limit without requiring any additional effort.
